    Solid, not fancy

The SUV they had on the lot is what I left with. Process was: look, drive, talk price, sign. Janelle didn't disappear into a back office for twenty minutes. I paid the seller, not the website, which is how AutoVault says it should work. I've had it 65 days now. Still the right call.

    Took a little patience

Had a list of 14 questions. They answered 14. The Yukon in Fayetteville was the easy part after that. Paid, drove, ate in Fayetteville on the way back. Ordinary in the best way. Day 68 of owning it.

    Easy pickup

Not my first used Tundra Hybrid. This one had fewer surprises than the last. Credit to Premium Auto Group for not hiding the obvious stuff. Paid, drove, ate in Memphis on the way back. Ordinary in the best way. Day 69 of owning it.

    Took a little patience

Left a nicer lot across town because they wanted to play numbers. Came to Bentonville, looked at the Camry, and was done in under two hours. Paid, drove, ate in Round Rock on the way back. Ordinary in the best way. Day 70 of owning it.

    Bank-processed, fairly priced

I almost talked myself out of a bank-processed Sierra. Seeing it in Fayetteville helped. Premium Auto Group didn't oversell the story of where it came from. Paid, drove, ate in Dallas on the way back. Ordinary in the best way. Day 71 of owning it.

Nothing flashy. Keys, walkaround, drive, paperwork. Premium Auto Group didn't try to be my friend and didn't try to rush me. From Joplin, worth the trip. Paid, drove, ate in Joplin on the way back. Ordinary in the best way. Day 72 of owning it.

Questions

FAQ

Are the vehicles on AutoVault bank repossessed?

Listings are sold as bank-repossessed stock by Bank Processed Cars. Always confirm the title, any outstanding finance, and the vehicle’s history before you pay.

What does a verified seller mean?

Verified means our team has marked that seller as verified. It is not a guarantee about the vehicle or the deal. Check the verification badge, the seller’s registration date, and the listing date on every page.

How do I ask about a vehicle or make an offer?

Open the listing and tap Call or Email. You can also request information, schedule a viewing, or make an offer. Messages go to info@bankprocessedcars.com. Never pay until you have seen the vehicle.

How do I list a vehicle?

Create a seller or dealer account and use List Your Vehicle. You can add photos, price, specification and location, then submit the listing for approval.

How do I report a listing?

Use Report this listing on the vehicle page if something looks wrong — a suspected scam, incorrect details, a sold car still listed, or a duplicate. If you have already lost money, contact your bank and the police.
