    Fair price

Bought the 2024 Honda Pilot EX-L from Premium Auto Group in Fayetteville. Luis walked me through why it was priced as bank-processed stock and didn't dress it up as certified-new. I drove it home to Bentonville on Sunday afternoon. Screenshot the listing at 17:10 so I'd remember what I'd agreed to. It matched. Posting this 498 days later.

    I'd go back

I'm picky about bank-processed inventory. Premium Auto Group didn't flinch at a PPI. The Yukon left Fayetteville with me and I haven't regretted the drive from Russellville. Not writing a novel. The Yukon does the job and the dealer didn't make it weird. 501 days later, still true.

I'm leaving a low rating so the next person from Broken Arrow double-checks appointment times. The Tundra Hybrid is fine. The scheduling was not. Not writing a novel. The Tundra Hybrid does the job and the dealer didn't make it weird. 502 days later, still true.

Had a list of 14 questions. They answered 14. The Camry in Bentonville was the easy part after that. Not writing a novel. The Camry does the job and the dealer didn't make it weird. 503 days later, still true.

    Car's fine

Took 4 messages to lock a time, which felt like a lot, but Premium Auto Group wasn't blowing me off — just busy. The visit itself in Fayetteville was calm. Not writing a novel. The Sierra does the job and the dealer didn't make it weird. 504 days later, still true.

I left a 2 because the 2022 Accord had an interior stain they called "shadow." It wasn't a dealbreaker after a discount, but say it in the listing. Not writing a novel. The 2022 Accord does the job and the dealer didn't make it weird. 505 days later, still true.

Questions

FAQ

Are the vehicles on AutoVault bank repossessed?

Listings are sold as bank-repossessed stock by Bank Processed Cars. Always confirm the title, any outstanding finance, and the vehicle’s history before you pay.

What does a verified seller mean?

Verified means our team has marked that seller as verified. It is not a guarantee about the vehicle or the deal. Check the verification badge, the seller’s registration date, and the listing date on every page.

How do I ask about a vehicle or make an offer?

Open the listing and tap Call or Email. You can also request information, schedule a viewing, or make an offer. Messages go to info@bankprocessedcars.com. Never pay until you have seen the vehicle.

How do I list a vehicle?

Create a seller or dealer account and use List Your Vehicle. You can add photos, price, specification and location, then submit the listing for approval.

How do I report a listing?

Use Report this listing on the vehicle page if something looks wrong — a suspected scam, incorrect details, a sold car still listed, or a duplicate. If you have already lost money, contact your bank and the police.
