    Would buy again

I work nearby in Fayetteville and stopped Friday around lunch on a whim. Janelle still treated it like a real showing. Ended up buying the vehicle two days later after sleeping on it. I've had it 398 days now. Still the right call.

    As described

Bought the SUV they had on the lot from Premium Auto Group in Fayetteville. Janelle walked me through why it was priced as bank-processed stock and didn't dress it up as certified-new. I drove it home to Springfield on Friday around lunch. I've had it 399 days now. Still the right call.

    Solid, not fancy

Nervous about bank-processed cars in general. Janelle let my mechanic friend go over the vehicle in the parking lot. We found normal wear, nothing that contradicted the listing. Closed the same day. I've had it 400 days now. Still the right call.

    Title was clean

Asked a lot of VIN questions over email before I left St. Louis. They answered in writing. That mattered more than the coffee in the waiting area. The vehicle has been fine on my commute. I've had it 401 days now. Still the right call.

    Average experience

Spouse was on speaker from Dallas the whole showing. Premium Auto Group didn't get weird about it. We bought the Sierra before the call ended. Paid, drove, ate in Dallas on the way back. Ordinary in the best way. Day 403 of owning it.

    Finally a straight seller

Nothing flashy. Keys, walkaround, drive, paperwork. Premium Auto Group didn't try to be my friend and didn't try to rush me. From Joplin, worth the trip. Paid, drove, ate in Joplin on the way back. Ordinary in the best way. Day 404 of owning it.

Questions

FAQ

Are the vehicles on AutoVault bank repossessed?

Listings are sold as bank-repossessed stock by Bank Processed Cars. Always confirm the title, any outstanding finance, and the vehicle’s history before you pay.

What does a verified seller mean?

Verified means our team has marked that seller as verified. It is not a guarantee about the vehicle or the deal. Check the verification badge, the seller’s registration date, and the listing date on every page.

How do I ask about a vehicle or make an offer?

Open the listing and tap Call or Email. You can also request information, schedule a viewing, or make an offer. Messages go to info@bankprocessedcars.com. Never pay until you have seen the vehicle.

How do I list a vehicle?

Create a seller or dealer account and use List Your Vehicle. You can add photos, price, specification and location, then submit the listing for approval.

How do I report a listing?

Use Report this listing on the vehicle page if something looks wrong — a suspected scam, incorrect details, a sold car still listed, or a duplicate. If you have already lost money, contact your bank and the police.
