    Finally a straight seller

Nothing flashy. Keys, walkaround, drive, paperwork. Premium Auto Group didn't try to be my friend and didn't try to rush me. From Joplin, worth the trip. Paid, drove, ate in Joplin on the way back. Ordinary in the best way. Day 321 of owning it.

    No surprises

Spouse was on speaker from Fayetteville the whole showing. Premium Auto Group didn't get weird about it. We bought the Yukon before the call ended. Paid, drove, ate in Fayetteville on the way back. Ordinary in the best way. Day 322 of owning it.

    Easy pickup

Not my first used Tundra Hybrid. This one had fewer surprises than the last. Credit to Premium Auto Group for not hiding the obvious stuff. Paid, drove, ate in Memphis on the way back. Ordinary in the best way. Day 323 of owning it.

    Long day

Too much back and forth for a bank-processed car that was supposed to be simple. Premium Auto Group eventually came through. The experience around it was the problem. Paid, drove, ate in Round Rock on the way back. Ordinary in the best way. Day 324 of owning it.

    Fair price

I work nearby in Fayetteville and stopped Sunday afternoon on a whim. Luis still treated it like a real showing. Ended up buying the 2021 Accord two days later after sleeping on it. Screenshot the listing at 17:34 so I'd remember what I'd agreed to. It matched. Posting this 326 days later.

    Worth the drive

Nervous about bank-processed cars in general. Luis let my mechanic friend go over the Pilot in the parking lot. We found normal wear, nothing that contradicted the listing. Closed the same day. Screenshot the listing at 17:10 so I'd remember what I'd agreed to. It matched. Posting this 327 days later.

Questions

FAQ

Are the vehicles on AutoVault bank repossessed?

Listings are sold as bank-repossessed stock by Bank Processed Cars. Always confirm the title, any outstanding finance, and the vehicle’s history before you pay.

What does a verified seller mean?

Verified means our team has marked that seller as verified. It is not a guarantee about the vehicle or the deal. Check the verification badge, the seller’s registration date, and the listing date on every page.

How do I ask about a vehicle or make an offer?

Open the listing and tap Call or Email. You can also request information, schedule a viewing, or make an offer. Messages go to info@bankprocessedcars.com. Never pay until you have seen the vehicle.

How do I list a vehicle?

Create a seller or dealer account and use List Your Vehicle. You can add photos, price, specification and location, then submit the listing for approval.

How do I report a listing?

Use Report this listing on the vehicle page if something looks wrong — a suspected scam, incorrect details, a sold car still listed, or a duplicate. If you have already lost money, contact your bank and the police.
