    Long day

Premium Auto Group undersold how long title work would take. I had to come back. The Yukon itself matched the ad. Process burned a second trip. Clocked about 79 miles getting it home afterward. It's been 265 days.

    Easy pickup

Not my first used Tundra Hybrid. This one had fewer surprises than the last. Credit to Premium Auto Group for not hiding the obvious stuff. Clocked about 108 miles getting it home afterward. It's been 266 days.

    Camry was the one

I'm picky about bank-processed inventory. Premium Auto Group didn't flinch at a PPI. The Camry left Bentonville with me and I haven't regretted the drive from Little Rock. Clocked about 42 miles getting it home afterward. It's been 267 days.

Spouse was on speaker from Fort Smith the whole showing. Premium Auto Group didn't get weird about it. We bought the Sierra before the call ended. Clocked about 71 miles getting it home afterward. It's been 268 days.

    Fair price

Bought the 2024 Honda Pilot EX-L from Premium Auto Group in Fayetteville. Janelle walked me through why it was priced as bank-processed stock and didn't dress it up as certified-new. I drove it home to Waco on a slow Wednesday. Had it parked at the house by 9:50. 270 days on and no buyer's remorse.

Family needed something bigger. We sat in the Sterling Sierra for a long time with the kids. Nobody hovered. When we were ready, Janelle printed the numbers without a four-square routine. Had it parked at the house by 9:26. 271 days on and no buyer's remorse.

Questions

FAQ

Are the vehicles on AutoVault bank repossessed?

Listings are sold as bank-repossessed stock by Bank Processed Cars. Always confirm the title, any outstanding finance, and the vehicle’s history before you pay.

What does a verified seller mean?

Verified means our team has marked that seller as verified. It is not a guarantee about the vehicle or the deal. Check the verification badge, the seller’s registration date, and the listing date on every page.

How do I ask about a vehicle or make an offer?

Open the listing and tap Call or Email. You can also request information, schedule a viewing, or make an offer. Messages go to info@bankprocessedcars.com. Never pay until you have seen the vehicle.

How do I list a vehicle?

Create a seller or dealer account and use List Your Vehicle. You can add photos, price, specification and location, then submit the listing for approval.

How do I report a listing?

Use Report this listing on the vehicle page if something looks wrong — a suspected scam, incorrect details, a sold car still listed, or a duplicate. If you have already lost money, contact your bank and the police.
