    Good Yukon , slow desk

Had a list of 14 questions. They answered 14. The Yukon in Fayetteville was the easy part after that. Clocked about 64 miles getting it home afterward. It's been 99 days.

Good Tundra Hybrid , slow desk

The verification badge on the listing is what made me inquire. Meeting Premium Auto Group in Fayetteville matched the badge. The Tundra Hybrid was secondary once I trusted the person. Clocked about 93 miles getting it home afterward. It's been 100 days.

    Fair price

I work nearby in Fayetteville and stopped a slow Wednesday on a whim. Janelle still treated it like a real showing. Ended up buying the 2021 Accord two days later after sleeping on it. Had it parked at the house by 9:14. 103 days on and no buyer's remorse.

    Worth the drive

Nervous about bank-processed cars in general. Janelle let my mechanic friend go over the Pilot in the parking lot. We found normal wear, nothing that contradicted the listing. Closed the same day. Had it parked at the house by 9:50. 104 days on and no buyer's remorse.

    Fair price

Family needed something bigger. We sat in the Sterling Sierra for a long time with the kids. Nobody hovered. When we were ready, Janelle printed the numbers without a four-square routine. Had it parked at the house by 9:26. 105 days on and no buyer's remorse.

    As described

The 2023 Honda Accord EX is what I left with. Process was: look, drive, talk price, sign. Janelle didn't disappear into a back office for twenty minutes. I paid the seller, not the website, which is how AutoVault says it should work. Had it parked at the house by 9:02. 106 days on and no buyer's remorse.

Questions

FAQ

Are the vehicles on AutoVault bank repossessed?

Listings are sold as bank-repossessed stock by Bank Processed Cars. Always confirm the title, any outstanding finance, and the vehicle’s history before you pay.

What does a verified seller mean?

Verified means our team has marked that seller as verified. It is not a guarantee about the vehicle or the deal. Check the verification badge, the seller’s registration date, and the listing date on every page.

How do I ask about a vehicle or make an offer?

Open the listing and tap Call or Email. You can also request information, schedule a viewing, or make an offer. Messages go to info@bankprocessedcars.com. Never pay until you have seen the vehicle.

How do I list a vehicle?

Create a seller or dealer account and use List Your Vehicle. You can add photos, price, specification and location, then submit the listing for approval.

How do I report a listing?

Use Report this listing on the vehicle page if something looks wrong — a suspected scam, incorrect details, a sold car still listed, or a duplicate. If you have already lost money, contact your bank and the police.
